Unlike other stores, we offer service on all our equipment, new or used; and certification training of our staff is done at the fitness industry's top training facilities.

Before you call...
If you are having problems with your equipment, please read the owner's manual. Most often a problem can be taken care of with a simple fix. The owner's manual is a great guide for helping you achieve this- while saving you time and money (service calls).

When you call...
When you call the service department, please have the following ready: * Manufacturer's name
* Model number
* Serial number (warranty consideration)
* Date of purchase (warranty consideration)

* Having this information will result in quicker service claim processing.

Preventative Maintenance
The following are everyday tips on caring for your treadmill:
* Please read and follow the owner's manual
* Proper electrical supply is required (listed in owner's manual)
* Re-level equipment if moved after initial install
* Wipe off your equipment with a damp cloth (diluted Simple Green is also a good cleaner)
* Keep children, pets and toys away from equipment at all times
