I know the importance of working out. I started Muscle Connection after a severe auto accident left me searching for quality equipment that was sufficient enough to rehabilitate myself. After trying product after product, I decided to build exactly what I needed.
Learning to construct my own equipment gave me the ability to identify the characteristics of properly designed equipment that will perform and endure.
